IV – Management

• BES-AT4-A4-OIL

The positions that were filled Are the CFO, COO, CTO, and 2 Directors. The strategy that we’re
used in hiring is to measure its performance metrics in order for us to choose the right person for each
positions. Based on my management status, my overall efficiency is 115.78%. Moreover, the impact of
having an efficient personnel for each positions and a high efficiency could really help to improve the
production flow of the business and you could assure the greener pasture.

• BES-AT4-A9-OIL

The management area is consisting of 8 individuals that works together to help the company to
improve its corporation value. The positions are CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, one director under the CFO, one
director under COO and lastly 2 directors under CTO. The strategy that I used in hiring is by looking at
their skills, strength and weaknesses. The company’s overall efficiency is 121.60% and I can really say
that it has a positive impact to the company’s corporate value because they helped me manage the
company to improve the production and corporation value quickly.

• BES-AT4-A19-OIL

The positions filled are CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, Director 1, Director, 2, Director 3, and Director 4.

I hire immediately after I am done with upgrading the assessment facility and whenever I have
enough money and resources left. With the help of the headhunters, I look for probable employees that
would help me with the company. Also, whenever they request for a salary increase, I immediately
agree since as I have observed, whenever I decline their request, they tend to leave their positions and
quit their jobs. Also, I check my cash so I will not have a problem whenever I pay their wages. My Overall
Efficiency is 119.67%.

Those strategies that I used in my management section helped me increase my cash, resources,
efficiency, and corporation value since I think I have gained their trust by giving what my employees
want and deserve.

• BES-AT4-A22-OIL

In the management area, the positions filled are: CEO, CFO, COO, CTO and 2 Directors that are
under CFO and COO. The strategy I used in hiring was I checked first their wage and strategy. My overall
efficiency is 114.99%. Its impact to the business is that, it helped me manage the overall progress of my
company. It also, helped me grow and improve my corporation value faster.
• BES-AT4-A30-OIL

CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, and three directors are among the management positions that have been
filled. My strategy is always to look for more applicants by pressing the headhunter button to compare
their skills, potential, and its wages, with that it helps me to look and compare who among them have
acquire the potential I want in my company. Furthermore, if my management demands to raise his/her
wages but it has a lower efficiency, I will replace him/her and hire a new one; however, if someone
demands to raise his/her wages and it performed well to my company, then I will agree to that. The
company acquire an overall efficiency of 118.83%. It gives a huge impact since the strategy I use helps
me monitor my company, and the management to perform efficiently and effectively.

• BES-AT4-A48-OIL

Positions occupied are the CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, and Director under the CFO (Tayurang, BES-
AT4-A48-OIL). The strategy used for hiring is the assessment of their skill rates whether they can
perform in the needed position well. The overall efficiency is 113.60%. When it comes to impact towards
the business, choosing the right people to manage the business would affect its efficiency, production,
and profitability. Our decisions in hiring positively affected the business since it generated positive
results (Tayurang, BES-AT4-A48-OIL).
