Applicability: This policy is applicable to all the employees of the company who are required to undertake business
travel within India.

Lodging & Boarding allowances:

Lodging & Boarding allowances will be payable to the employees for tour within India on official work as per the
limits mentioned in given below.

• In case of non-availability of one particular class of ticket, 1 class down-ticket will be booked
• Reimbursement will be within 7 working days after submitting all necessary bills to the
particular department. (Finance and Account)
• Pre-payment of any tickets/travel expenses/petty cash will be only if approved on mail by
reporting manager/management

NOTE: - Confirmation and approval will be the complete decision of the

Finance/Account/management team. Management Can make any change/Amend policy
as per business need.
