This document is an Arabica green coffee grading test form. It contains sections to record the box number, overall SCAA grade, total defects, categories and numbers of primary and secondary defects observed in the green coffee. Additional sections are included to record the color, odor, uniformity of roast, number of "quakers" and final roasted grade of the coffee from that box. Three completed forms are required as part of the grading test.
