    WHERE IS IT?

    Berlin is the capital and largest city of Germany by both area and population.
    Its 3.7 million inhabitants make it the European Union's most populous city,
    according to population within city limits. Berlin is a world
    city of culture, politics, media and science.

    A HISTORICAL TOWN!

    Berlin's most famous historic landmark is undoubtedly the Brandenburg Gate


    (Brandenburger Tor). Once a symbol of a divided nation, it now stands as a
    symbol of unity and peace. This impressively large Neoclassical gate was
    commissioned by King Frederick Wilhelm II in 1788, and its design was inspired
    by the Propylaea in Athens' Acropolis. The sandstone monument is 26 meters
    tall, standing in the Mitte district's Pariser Platz, just a block from
    the Reichstag building.
    MUSIC!

    Berlin's music scene is famous for providing legendary pop, punk, and


    rock stars with inspiration for some of their biggest hits. A lot of famous
    musicians like Madonna, Rolling Stones go to play concerts there.

    There are a lot of wonderful places to visit: The Branderburg Gate, Museum
    Island,Botanical Garden, Palace tour by boat.
