sentences from your current or previous employer(s)
• Under no circumstances will you be asked to provide actual communication data from your current or
previous employer(s)
• Under no circumstances should you include any confidential, commercially sensitive or non-public
information in the sentences you create
• We will not ask you to provide any confidential, commercially sensitive or non-public information as part of
your partnership with Behavox
• To avoid any perception that you may have unintentionally or inadvertently provided confidential,
commercially sensitive or non-public information, you may utilize tags instead of actual company names if
your sentences require these (e.g. instead of providing a sentence which states “one of my insiders just told
me to buy Glencore” you could say “one of my insiders just told me to buy [COMPANY]”)
• We recognize that you are consulting with us in a personal capacity. As such, we request that any work that
you do with us is completed on personal devices and in your personal time, so as not to impact your current
employment responsibilities.
• If your current or previous (should you still be under a non-compete agreement) employer is in direct
competition with Behavox, where you consulting with Behavox may present a conflict of interest or breach
a non-compete clause in your contract, then we request that you please highlight this to us. It is likely that
you will not be able to support us at this stage, but we may be able to work together in future should your
circumstances change.
