Firstly I would Feel Regret to Draft this Mail but I am left with No Options other than Approaching you.

With reference to the attached Mails, I have Sent My Resignation on 26 th August Addressing to Hr and
reporting Managers , However this was not accepted mentioning that the Agreement Signed is not
Supposed to Break unless the agreement period is Completed.

As far as I see the Agreement Terms this can be Breached if I am paying the three months of Gross Pay
where as HR department ( Anu & Jani) is not accepting the Resignation even there is a option to Breach
the agreement.

I tried lastly to check with Jani but even Jani have the same side of Anu rejecting the Resignation with
out Base cause.

As per the Policy I am Serving 90days of Notice & as per the agreement I am Ready to pay 3 months of
Gross Pay.

It was very Unprofessional and Unethical to Retain an employee who is willing to leave the Organization
for a Better career growth.

I Humbly request you take necessary Action and Provide me Resignation Acceptance from the Hr Team.
