The importance of family in Islam and the challenges facing the family system

Introduction to the topic and Research Gap:

Every Muslim knows that Islam is a complete code of life, guides the youth in
every religious and worldly matter and does not leave any aspect of human life
thirsty and flawed where there is no human guidance. Islam provides the perfect
system of family life with the protection of other human values. It reflects human
thinking and is the most moderate system in the world. Islam is the only effective
family system. Adopting this system can lead to social stability. And social
inequalities and family conflicts can be overcome.
The family system of Islam is very high which is based on Qur'an and Hadith but
there are many evils in the Muslim society today. The question arises that when
the Islamic system is the best then how do these problems arise? As the Muslim
family system in Pakistan today is much degraded, it is facing all kinds of material,
economic and cultural problems. What are the reasons for this? When there is no
good system other than Qur'an and Hadith, then what is the cause of problems?
(its will be defined by literature) And these Muslim families who live in the West
do not face such problems, so how are they successful?
Research Gap:
In my review this topic is covered by researchers but they did work on Muslims
issue’s and I will explain it in as family system in Pakistan and the challenges
facing. The men challenges are secularism liberalism atheism and the feminism an
also problems by following the western culture as a Muslim culture and hope the
successful Islamic life.

Research Objectives:
The man Objective of my research is to safe the family system My research will try
to explain the real family system of Islam which is described by Quran and Hadith
also its importance in our society and the solution to the challenges facing the
Islamic family system in Pakistan. May Allah Almighty grant it Amen.
I have not been able to work on this subject in this context. Aka Brain did a very
good job of the Islamic family system of Islam and in every age kept informing the
Muslim Ummah about the dangers posed to the Islamic family system but the
way this modern age has progressed. Such Muslim family system also faced
challenges. Some modern researchers have also done a great job on it. My
method (point of view) challenges of modern times due to which the Muslim
Ummah in our country Pakistan is suffering from inferiority and Islamic solution of
these challenges and comparison of successful family system in western countries
with Islamic family system. Therefore, according to my study, this a gap for my
selected topic so I want to full fill it.
On this I searched for the articles and books of many researchers, of which I am
giving only a brief overview of ten.

Hussain Azhar. It covers the composition of the family. Has been mentioned
in detail Women's status, marriage and divorce, training of children,
parental rights, compassion and family harmony are also discussed.

Many important measures to protect the family system from evils which are in
accordance with the requirements of the social system and these are one of
the basic principles in Islam which Syed Sabiq Misri has quoted as a chapter in
his famous book "Fiqh Al-Sunnah" which He has called it Nizam-ul-Asrat. Hafiz
Muhammad Aslam Shah Darwi has translated this chapter into Urdu and he
has explained it and in some places he has described this issue. It contains the
views of the Qur'an and Sunnah on twenty issues concerning the rules of
engagement, marriage, divorce, khula, iddah and upbringing.

The book 'Muslim Family in the Embrace of Islam' seeks to explain how an
Islamic family can step on the ladder of success under the guidance of Sharia
and how the head of the family should take care of the family and Must meet
Its responsibilities. Can Dari be removed from office? This book contains the
fatwas issued by eminent Arab and non-Arab scholars on the family system.
Siddiqui translated into Urdu. This book also includes the conditions of
marriage, training of children.

"Islamic Civilization and its Principles and Rules" is the work of Maulana Syed
Abu Ali Maududi, the founder of Pakistan Jamaat-e-Islami, in which he
described the uniqueness and distinction of Islamic civilization. The Islamic
concept of worldly life, the purpose of life, has explained all of them

Dr. Abdul Kabir Mohsin has translated the book Fiqh-ul-Sunnah of Syed
Sabiq Misri into Urdu and has also published it. This book is important in
understanding the family system. This includes the importance and virtue
of marriage, the wisdom of polygamy, good manners, and important issues
of divorce, including issues of marital life.

Dr. Muhammad Amin has discussed two important issues in his book. (A)
What should be the attitude of Muslims towards Western civilization,
should they reject it, accept it or reconcile with it? Impact of Western
civilization on Muslim society in Pakistani context The effects of Western
civilization in various walks of life,

The author discusses the arguments of the proponents of all three

perspectives and analyzes them in detail.

Maulana Dr. Muhammad Amin Sahib (Editor Monthly Al-Burhan, Lahore;
Nazim-e-Ala Milli Majlis-e-Shari'a, Pakistan) has a lot of work to do on this
subject. A reflection of Western thinking, one of which is a book called
Islam and the Rejection of the West in which he presented the legal and
rational arguments for the rejection of Western civilization. There are also
question marks but also write their answers and solutions which help to
examine the western and Islamic family system.
