Important Information about the Schneider Electric University Program

• Compensation:
➢ INR 9,00,000 p.a. for B. Techs for a Full-Time Role (TTC: 7.5 lakhs + 1.5 Lakhs of Deferred Bonus after competing 12 months
with SE) + 1.5 lakhs when the student completes 24 months
➢ INR 9,50,000 p.a. for M. Techs for a Full-Time Role (TTC: 8 lakhs + 1.5 Lakhs of Deferred Bonus after competing 12 months
with SE) + 1.5 lakhs when the student completes 24 months
In case of your Voluntary / Non- Voluntary exit before 24 Months from your date of joining, you will be obliged as per your
employment contract, to return the entire 1st Installment joining bonus amount to the company

• Stipend: INR 25,000 per month for an Internship Role


• There is No Service Agreement clause for any Full Time Hires at Schneider Electric

• The Probationary Period for University Hires is 6 months.

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE – Data Governance Shared Services Organization

Description:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will play an active role in learning the Schneider Electric Big Data and Analytics
environment and will contribute to the Data Governance Shared Services Organizations initiatives for enhancing,
automating and accelerating implementation of master data management, adoption of big data platforms, data excellence
and data dictionary evolution, and eventually the business intelligence and analytics that is built on top of these platforms
to derive insights that drive strategic decisions across corporate functions.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the current and future state of business requirements and tool/platform capabilities
• Work collaboratively to design and develop solution as per project needs
• Integrate quality practices in all aspects of technology delivery; audit work products to ensure quality and
sustainability
• Maintain appropriate documentation, traceability and configurations
• Execute tasks in all phases of the project development lifecycle
• Works with the Team Leader to obtain user acceptance on the overall solution
• Deliver routine reporting based on clients’ needs as well as quickly responding to ad hoc requests.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented program concepts, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, JSON.
• Basic understanding of Master Data Management is a plus.

• Ability to showcase Data Analysis skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Academic project experience using cloud technologies such as Amazon web service (S3, Lambda, API

Purpose of the position


The role is necessary for Supporting the PIM/EDMS data within the framework of End to End Service with focus on Efficiency,
Availability, Usability and Adoption to Business Stakeholders.

Responsibilities & duties


PIM/EDMS/ODQ/DAL/BSL Data (Product Information Management)
- Support the PIM Solutions at a Process standpoint on Run Operations - Open & consider assigned new tickets coming from Support
tool (Service Now).
- Analyze open tickets from Support tool and define the resolution strategy.
- Find and apply a technical solution or re-route to the appropriate team (L2 Data, L3, Platform team…)
- Manage and Follow up the ticket (providing regular updates to requestor till the end of the ticket) with Business validation, managing
permanent contact with L2 Data, L3 or Platform team
- Ensure completion of open tickets within SLA.
- Prepare documentation and support procedures for users and team.
- Implementing workaround cases and updating Confluence pages for the team.
- Get informed with product owner team about all process with new releases.
- Verify permanent up-to-date knowledge related PIM release & deliverables.
- Ensure SLA and SSA for Ticketing with team and Third Party.
- Resource availability round the clock for better customer experience.
- Maintain permanent relation with Country, BUs Offers, and any offer manager- Propose and implement any improvement in
methodology, process and management to increase program efficiency, including Process Automation, provide training and
communication.
- Organize any trainings, cluster calls, workshops, yammer and adopt other communication channels to push Data, as a key topic for
the company

- Reproduce the issue reported by user in qualification or pre-production platforms
- To perform Data staging and review test cases provided by the Qualification team.

dashboard report
- Propose improvements and action plan related dashboard result for continuous improvements
- Support ODME/PIM Champions/Assets Community and their Issues
- Support NoE Manager and Community by participating to NoE meeting for Adoption Levels of the PIM System,
presenting new features)
- Analyze and compare the frequency of tickets pre- & post- release of database.
- Co-ordinate action with DCX for any critical action or incident need immediate attention for action improvement for better customer
experience.
- Process- Challenge Platform team or Product owner on necessary Support documents or documents updates
- Get regular training about One Offer Platform framework with PIM Eco-system
- Deployment support / Data migration for new BU / Brands
- Synchro permanently with L2 Solution team

1. Work with Active Data Defense team & Data Privacy team to capture updates weekly and update the tracker accordingly.
2. Help Visualization team with the updated excel tracker to reflect changes in dashboards

1. Track and document the meeting minutes with correct owners and publish them to the attendees
