    A survey was conducted of 100 people to compare customer satisfaction with the Euro and Johnson tile brands. 57% of respondents preferred Euro while 43% preferred Johnson. For Johnson, quality and cost were the most common reasons for selection, while for Euro quality and service were most common. Satisfaction levels varied but were generally higher for Euro's quality, service and cost compared to Johnson. Most respondents said they would switch to a new brand that offered better service and quality. Expert opinion was the most common source for learning about the preferred brand. Some respondents reported problems with their preferred brand related to delays, lack of support or credit options.
