Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission to state that, my daughter Marriam
Tanzil is a student of Nursery class in Moonbeams Section and her roll no is 14.
Due high fever, cold and urine infection, she has developed serious weakness
and could not attend school from 24th May to 26th May,2022.
Please take this letter as my official notice of absence for the dates mentioned
above. I have also attached the medical certificate from the doctor. I therefore,
pray and hope that you would kind enough to grant this application. Please let
me know if there are others things that I need to do.
