4.2. Pilling Jack-in Pile With Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD)
The pile is lifted and slowly inserted into the pile hole called a grip, then the jack-in
system will rise and tie or hold the pile. When the pole is held tightly by the grip, the pole
begins to be pressed.
This tool has a control room/cabin equipped with oil or hydraulic pressure which
shows the pile pressure which will then be converted to pressure force using an existing
table.
If the grip is only able to press the pile up to the base of the machine hole, then the
pressure is stopped and the grip moves up to take the connection pile that has been prepared.
The connection pile is then lifted and inserted into the grip. After that the jack-in system will
go up and tie or hold the pole. When the pile is held tightly by the grip, the pile begins to be
pressed closer to the pile below. The emphasis is stopped for a moment when the two poles
have touched. This is done to prepare the connection to the two piles by welding.
To connect the first and second piles, a welding system is used. In order for the
welding process to take place properly and perfectly, the two ends of the piles must be
plated completely without cavities. Welding must be done carefully because carelessness
can be fatal, namely the load is not distributed perfectly. When the pile is stressed, it can be
continued, and soon
