2. How do you differentiate anthropometrics and ergonomics?

 Anthropometrics is the study of the human body, it involves making our body the feeling of
comfortability, on the other hand, ergonomics is about the environment or products designing
them to incorporate into anthropometrics. To simplify, anthropometrics is about the human
body and ergonomics is about the environment.

3. What are the benefits of an ergonomically designed workstation?

 There has a lot of benefits to having an ergonomically designed workstation, it promotes comfort
for the employee, and it can add productivity and decreases the stress on the workstation. It
helps to have a high quality of work and reduces risk factors that can lead to discomfort.
