3. ARTICLE N°3: CODES

The latest revision of API 6A (Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment), ANSI B 16-20 and Customer document SPEC-V
ALV00 1.
4. ARTICLE N°4: SERVICE CONDITIONS AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

4.1. Fluids
- Nature: Oil/Gaz & water
- Temperature: 80 °C
- CO2: 0.4% (Mol.)
- H2S: 0
- Salinity: 50 to 250 g/liter

4.2. Temperature Rating

All the equipment shall be designed to operate under the following Temperature Rating:
 Temperature Classification U as per API 6A.

4.3. Material Class

Material class: BB or EE as per API 6A

4.4. Performance Requirements

For all the Equipments: PR 1 as per API 6A

4.5. Product Specification Levels

PSL 1 as per API 6A.

4.6. PAINTING

The procedure shall be enclosed with the offer to the Buyer and shall indicate the trade names and the following characteristics:
- surface preparation method for primer
- physical characteristics of the primer inorganic zinc
- surface preparation method for painting
- physical characteristics of the chloro-caoutchouc paint

The Supplier shall demonstrate, with the support of proper documentation, the paint capacity in supporting a salt spray condition as per ASTM
B117.
Measurement of film thickness shall be made as per ASTM F941.

5. ARTICLE N°5: DOCUMENTATION FOR VALVES

Supplier shall supply the instruction books and the Inspection & Testing books in a sufficient number of copies (however not less than 2).

The instruction books shall consist of the following parts to be requested from the equipment suppliers:
- Technical Specification of Individual Equipment;
- Maintenance Instructions;
- Safety Instructions;
- Section Drawings of Important Details;
- ISO Certificates;
- API Certificate or Certificate of Authorization to Use the Monogram API;
- Company Presentation and Products Catalogue.
- Reference List Filled (Annex N°1).
The Inspection & Testing documentation shall include at least the inspection Data Book comprising at least the certificate of Hydrostatic Testing
and the material specification of each part.
6. ARTICLE N°6: QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Bidder shall submit to customer as part of his technical quotation documents delivered by well-known international certification institutes
(Lloyd's, Veritas, etc.) certifying that the quality assurance system is in compliance with ISO and API requirements. The technical quotation
shall include the certificate of authorization to use the Monogram API.

7. ARTICLE N°7: PACKAGING FOR SHIPMENT

The packing of materials and equipment shall be designed and made to safeguard materials during transport, handling and storage against
mechanical damage and environmental encroachment (rain, humidity, temperature variations, frost, salty atmospheres, dust, sand, etc.).
Threaded connections shall be equipped with plastic thread protector.
8. ARTICLE N°8: DELIVERY TIME
The global time for the design, manufacture, supply, transport and delivery of the goods is set at 03 months from the date of receipt of the
purchase order.

9. ARTICLE N°9: PARTICIPATION MODE

3.1. Offer Validity:
The received offer must be valid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
3.2. Submission Date:
The technical and commercial offer must be submitted no later than October 18th, 2022.
10. ARTICLE N°10: WARRANTY
All equipment shall be guaranteed for operation within the specified conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from date of initial operation
and for eighteen (18) months from delivery, whichever comes first.
The vendor must guarantee the conformity of the equipment delivered with the safety and quality standards in force and with the technical
specifications specified in his offer and in these specifications as well as its proper functioning.
The spare parts are recognized as defective if they present visible defects during their use under normal conditions.
The vendor must guarantee that the spare parts are built according to the rules of the art.
During the warranty period, the tenderer undertakes to repair and/or replace free of charge any equipment found to be defective, non-compliant
or presenting a design or manufacturing or assembly defect, or any hidden defect.

11. ARTICLE N°11: REFERENCE LIST

Bidder is requested to submit a quotation fully complying with the requirements of this specification.
A reference list is required in the technical tender. Bidder shall fill in and submit Annex N°1 to Customer as part of his technical tender.
