Suggestions can make good improvements. But when evaluating a suggestion from a follower, leaders
must always take the organization's basic values and guiding principles into account. It is still what the
organization’s goal will be of the utmost importance. A leader must always match their decisions and
actions with the goals and objectives of the organization.
