EFFECTIVE OR SUCCESSFUL MANAGER

I would say I’d like to start as more of an effective manager rather than a successful
manager. According to my opinion, it is essential for us to become an effective manager that will
assist to play a vital role, mobilize the other individuals, strengthen their talents, and channel
those skills to fulfill organizational objectives. In addition, we might be in a situation where we
are considered as a successful manager but we are not able to give enough influence to our
subordinates which means it is such a waste of just a “title”. Therefore, back to the main point, I
believe that being an effective manager itself will help us to gain the success and we will
eventually become a successful manager.
