The Finance Council is an advisory board that oversees
the financial activities of the parish and advises and makes
recommendations to the Pastor and Parish Manager on all
financial matters as deemed appropriate. Members assist the
parish business office to ensure adherence to Archdiocesan
policies, develop the annual budget in coordination with
committee chairs, school administration, and others
responsible for budget items. The Finance Council reviews
monthly financial and bank statements, assists in preparing
the annual financial accountability report to the parish and
oversees the overall financial well-being of St. Raphael the
Archangel Parish.
