salem has a personality of oppennes. This is a situation where a person is open for ideas, new arts,
feelings amd behaviors of others. Salem is a manager who encourages team approach in decision
making, this means that he is consindering the ideas and thoughts of his subordinates and group
members.

Salem has a personality of conscientiousness. In this cas we are told that Salem is hand-on, which
shows that he is a hard working manager.

Hamad

Hamad has a neuroticism personality. He uses dictatorial approach to make decisions. He has a poor
interperson relationship with his subordinates. He does not encourage casual conversation, and his
decisions are based on information he receives. He lacks agreeableness personality since he asserts
his opinions amd directives to his subordinates without consindering their opinions.

I would rather work with Salem. salem provide a more conducive working environment to the
workers as compared to Hamad. Under Salem administration it is easier for an employee to develop
since sharing of ideas is encouraged unlike working with Hamad. for example, under salem
administration, the employees are encouraged to think on how they can better their company
because they know that once they come up with a new idea their manager will listen to them
and support them.
Attitudes reflect on how we feel about something. Early researchers showed relation to behaviour
through cognitive dissonance. Attitudes here could lead to prediction of future behaviour as an
individual may perceive the contradiction between attitudes and behaviour.

Personality on the other hand is an individual sense of worth. This is indicated by the self-esteem,
locus of control, neuroticism, and general self-efficacy.

People who believe in themselves are clear in their decision and working while those who don't will
always doubt themselves.
