Mindful of Circular N004/CAB/PM of 10 February 2000 conceming admission into national
training institutions and recruitment into the Public Service;
Mindful of Order N° 220001/MINESUP/SG/DDES/DAG/DAJ of 4th February 2022 laying down
the transitional modalities for the functioning of academic structures of the Universities
ofBertoua, Ebolowa, and Garoua previously attached to other State Universities;
Mindful of Order N° 18220053/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 10 March 2022 setting up the
calendar for competitive entrance examinations into the institutions ofCameroonian State
Universities and Schools under the Academic Tutelage of MINESUP, for the 2022/2023
academic year;

of General Secondary Education into Year One of the First Cycle of the Higher Teacher
Training College of the University of Bertoua, for the 2022-2023 academic year, has been
