Our aim is to bring forth and be a place for second chances for everything.

VISION
We hope to breed a balance between consumerism and sustainability and put
forth the concept of reusing and repurposing

To drive the concept of sustainability to a profit model

To curb fast fashion trends and reduce the contributions to landfills

We try to bring up a space where demand meets supply at the desired spot.

Senior students, upon course completion, may register with us and drop off
all items not intended to be taken back home

These items will be quality checked and priced

It will be made available for purchase to students at the university for fair
price

Second home for everything

PRODUCT
The verdict on the quality check by Midori shall be final.

Pricing is non negotiable

Products already purchased from Midori can be


returned to us as per our pricing policy

The products dropped off must be usable, clean and


functional, failing which they may be disposed off
judiciously (if unusable) or upcycled.

Terms and conditions
If the products are not clean (as in case of fabrics), the
percentage cut to the dropper may be reduced to
incorporate additional work incurred.

WE ALSO OFFER...
Our team has plans to roll out customizable products inside the
campus.

There are multiple departments that have individual classes, inter-


batch clubs teams etc. So we have identified a market for
customizable products such as t-shirts badges etc.

The current demand is satisfied by retailers and wholesalers


outside the campus.

We are thus planning to set up a model where we would provide


additional discounts to students of CUSAT

Terms and Conditions- Customization
The customer shall be liable for the specifications of the
product.

A sum equivalent to 50% shall be paid in advance. Only after the


payment has been received, verified and necessary
communications be put forth shall the order be processed.

No changes what so ever shall be initiated after confirmation of


the specifications and receipt of 50% of the total agreed
amount.

No refunds shall be made available for any purchases unless the


specifications mentioned in the agreement were not fulfilled. 20
Terms and Conditions- Customization
The product will be delivered or can be picked up, only upon
completing the payment on the agreed amount.

The order must be placed atleast 14 days in prior to the desired


output date.

We do not entertain customisations which would hurt the


sentiments of the public/sections of the public.

Any disputes with Midori shall be submitted to the jurisdiction


of the courts at Kochi, Kerala
