II- Rationale:

As one of the key features of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum, every

end of the school year, a school year end program is conducted to recognize the
performance of the learners through Completion Ceremony and Graduation
Exercises.

With our desire also, to make learning meaningful and relevant to our
learners, it is therefore, one of our thrusts to ensure that each learner be
recognized in all their whole year round academic and non- academic
performance. In this way, students will be encouraged to study hard and be
diligent because they will reap the fruits of their labor afterwards.

It is on this premise that the school should conduct yearly an awarding

ceremony aside from quarterly convocation.

III- Objectives:

Terminal Objective: TO CONDUCT A 1 – DAY COMPLETION CEREMONY AND

GRADUATION EXERCISES 2022.
Enabling Objectives:

1. Be recognized according to their performance,

2. Receive a medal/ certificate of Honor,
3. Be officially moved up to their next Grade Level.

IV- Expected Outputs/Results:

Learners who belong to Highest Honors, With High Honors and With Honors will be
awarded with medals. Completers will receive certificates of completion and the Graduates
will receive their Diplomas.

V- Description of the Program:

The activity will be conducted through formal and simple program. Monitoring,
pictorials and attendance of the activity will be monitored and accomplishment reports will
be submitted.
