ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION Education is a continuous learning. Despite the

precautious action of the government, learning
has to continue.
The meeting was called for the preparation of the
limited face -to- face. It started at 9:00 am.
Judy S. Gallardo-Informed the body about the
opening of the limited face-to-face based from RM
no. 257 s. 2020.
Remedios O. Segoma- Instructed the parents to
prepare health and medical kits.
The BLGU headed by Brgy. Chairman HILARY
SUMBAD who allowed the schools within his
jurisdiction to conduct limited face-to-face.
The meeting was ended with a closing message by
the school head.
It ended at exactly 12:00 noon.

OBJECTIVES 1. To prepare the teachers, parents and

stakeholders on the opening of classes.
2. To re-orient parents on the preparation of
the first day of classes in the limited face-
to-face

HIGHLIGHTS
 1. The delivery of the statement of support through an executive order from the
barangay.
2. The School’s readiness in the opening of the limited face-to-face.
RESULT
The school personnel are ready for the limited face-to-face classes
The parents were re-oriented on the preparation of the first day of classes
Simulation was done by teachers, parents and learners in different schedules
