NARRATIVE REPORT ON MINUTES OF THE ONLINE MEETING

Last October 2, 2020, Monday, at 10:00 AM I conducted an online meeting via


Google Meet about the opening of classes with my grade II-Rose parents. The purpose of
the meeting was to inform the parents about the new normal situation that we
experiencing in the midst of pandemic. The following agendas were been talked;
Attendance (Due to pandemic, NO to 100% attendance policy is strictly followed),
Review of health protocols in the midst of pandemic, guidelines following the health
protocols in and out of school. I also discussed about the modular distance learning and
the schedule of distribution and retrieval of modules which is every Friday or based on
the teachers schedule, the time for distribution and retrieval of modules is at 9:00 AM
until 12:00 NN. Guidelines on distribution and retrieval of modules had been also
discussed, the class program which they are going to followed when teaching their
children. We also had our election of PTA officers which were elected of the following;

After the election of PTA officers we tackled the PTA project for this school year 2020-
2021 and the donations that they could give voluntarily to help us in providing the
modular distance learning in these new trends of education. With the help of our
parents, guardians we built a strong connection that will block the hindrances to impart
knowledge to our pupils despite this pandemic.
