Upon ground validation of the Landholding awarded in the name of MARITES S. SEMBRANO
ET.AL. OCT NO. AT-1489, LOT NO. 75, SURVEY NO. Pls-280 with an area of 109,601 square
meters, located at Barangay Lurogan, Valencia City, Bukidnon, it was found out that all ARBs are
still actual tillers in their area. Moreover, Mark Nigel S. Bael is also an actual occupant of the
aforementioned area since 1994. Thus, the FVT team recommends the parcelization of this CCLOA
since no other issues and concerns were raised during the actual validation.
