J. REMARKS/COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
Upon ground validation of the landholding issued in the name of RICKY A. SALABSAB, ET.AL., TCT
NO.AT-992, LOT NO. 316, SURVEY NO. Pls-9 with an area of 115,088 square meters, located at
Barangay San Isidro, Valencia City, Bukidnon, it was found out that co-owner RICKY A. SALABSAB is
already deceased, and his allocated area is presently cultivated by his wife EVANGELINE D. SALABSAB.
While co-owner RANILO A. ORO is diagnosed with Mental Health Conditions, as such he was no longer
capable of tilling his co-owned land since 2000. Nevertheless, his mother JACINTA A. ORO, is now the
actual occupant of the co-owned landholding of Ranilo A. Oro on his behalf.
Moreover, due to the natural change of course of the Pulangi River adjacent to the subject landholding,
the area is now already 18, 000 square meters more or less. Such 18, 000 square meters more or less is the
allocated area of RICKY A. SALABSAB. The rest of the land area is now a type of open pit mine (quarry),
which is the allocated area of RAUL A. SALABSAB, RONILO A. ORO, and SENADOR O. LARGO.
Further, the remaining landholding (18, 000 square meters more or less) is fully developed with corn as
the major crop planted in the area. There are no existing issues and concerns of the said landholding aside
from the natural change of course of the Pulangi River which turned the other remaining area now into a
quarry. The field validation team recommends for re-survey and segregation of the unacquired portion since
the only acquired portion is only 4.3773 hectares. And as per validation, such landholding is DNYD, hence,
the FVT also recommends re-processing of the DNYD folder.
