The teacher divide the class into six groups with atleast 8-10 members each. Each group
will be asked to position themeselves in an part of the circle formed by the teacher. Their
task is to obtain a stick placed at the center of the circle without landing of stepping on the
inner line of the circle. A letter will be placed in every stick appointed to the group each
letter is needed to be obtained in order to guess the hidden word. The first group to
succesfully get all of their sticks and decode the hidden word will be declared as the
winner.

The teacher will draw out from the students the Importance of Physical Fitness

Cardiovascular Endurance – is the ability of theheart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen
to working muscles and tissues, as well as the abilityof those muscles and tissues to utilize the oxygen.
Endurance may also refer to the ability of the muscle to do repeated work without fatigue.

Muscular Endurance - the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repetitive


contractions against a force for an extended period of time. The greater your muscular
endurance the higher number of repetitions you could complete

Muscular Strength – is the ability of the. muscle to generate force against physical objects

Flexibility - the ability of the joints or a group of joints, and muscles to move through a
range of motion effectively unrestricted and pain free
