To be more self-confident; at the end of the day in a workplace being shy and dependent
to other people would minimize self and career growth.

3. What would you recommend to make this student better prepared for the workplace? (e.g.
courses, activities, skills acquisition, programs)?
To be flexible when it comes to dealing with unexpected challenges that he may
encounter while working. Bookkeeping is not always smooth and easy, we deal with
other people’s problems and being able to think of a solution at that very moment we
encounter it is a way of assuring clients that they are in good hands, hence a reflection of
the business’ integrity and performance.
