PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
PRODUCT Premium quality modified acrylic latex paint especially formulated as
DESCRIPTION waterproofing coat to give excellent abrasion resistance and resistance to
blistering under wet condition. The highly touch and flexible film ensures
excellent adhesion to concrete and various substrates.

FEATURES  Good adhesion - “Cross Hatch Adhesion Test” -------------------- 98% retention
A test to check whether the adhesion of a coating to a substrate or to another
coating is at a generally adequate level using a cutter or knife and an adhesive tape.
 Highly flexible film to give good elastic properties
 Eliminates water seepage, cement plastering defects like hairline cracking,
cement chipping
 Good resistance to water and atmospheric moisture
 Non-flammable- easy to use
 Non-hazardous – easy to store
 Low VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound ) - Any organic compound which
participates in atmospheric photochemical reactions in the room, produces chemicals
that can have a rash of short- and long-term effects, including eye irritation;
respiratory problems; headaches; loss of coordination; nausea; and damage to the
liver, kidneys and central nervous system.
Theoretical computed VOC is 85g/L which is lower the standard specification of
100 g/L.

TYPICAL USES Recommended for use on interior and exterior concrete, masonry, plaster, bricks,
hollow blocks, asbestos, acoustic boards, gypsum and fiber cement boards.

PREPARATION
A. FOR NEW SURFACES

 Allow new masonry to dry for 28 days under standard atmospheric

conditions.
 Free surface from dust, dirt, oil, grease, all loose grit & motor and other
contaminants.
 Apply primer or undercoat sealer.
 Repair minor surface imperfections with putty.

 Apply primer. (Optional)

B. OLD PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES

 Scrape off loose, scaling and peeling old paints. Sand the whole surface
including those where old paint still adheres very well.
 For areas with extreme chalking problems, steel brush, blow air from a
compressor, or wipe with rag with water. Let dry, and then apply one coat
of Concrete Sealer before applying subsequent coat.
 For areas, affect with molds and mildew, wipe the whole surface with
clean rag wet with Clorox (Bleaching Solution). Scrub using a stiff nylon
brush then rises with water. Apply Fungicidal – washing compound. To
ensure proper treatment, leave overnight. Let dry.
 For area with mapping problems, properly prepare the surface, and then
apply one full coat of Concrete Sealer. Dry at least (4) hours.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION Stir paint thoroughly prior and during usage. Apply at package
METHOD consistency or at 5% maximum reduction. Apply an even coat to properly
prepared substrate. Allow the paint to dry (2 – 4) hours prior to recoating.

PRODUCT
RESTRICTIONS
Do not apply directly over wood and metal.
Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Do not allow the paint to dry on the equipment. Use water as the cleaning
