1. Yes, I favor and support the committee's solution since it is the best one that could

protect the business and its employees during the COVID-19 epidemic. This is due to the

fact that the solutions will provide the business a chance to continue running while it

waits for the epidemic to finish and the economy to recover. The answer benefits both the

business and the people who fall within its jurisdiction. The committee also took the

employee's welfare into account. Additionally, the group that present the proposals was

made up of professionals with more in-depth knowledge of the sector.

2. In my perspective, the rule of law is violated by boards other than Mr. Abedo in the

eight qualities of good governance. However, Mr. Dimaano urged that the employee's

wage be reduced rather than cut, and other members voted in accordance with his

suggestion. They are therefore prejudiced in terms of personal affairs. We will not regard

Mr. Dimaano and the other individuals who voted in favor of the employee's

compensation cut as exercising good governance.
