II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED
To immediately conducted a primary investigation in Ceguera Technological Colleges because
these responsibilities are part of those duties, took immediate action to locate or identification the
suspected and find out his point of interest and found out if there was a personal matter problem,
so in all probability the investigation covers the entire room/area were the incident happened so
he was able to try to do it and what other significant that suspect obtained to identify what was
meant.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE

I’m conducting roving patrol at the premises of CTC at around 1900 HRS July 22, 2021. I heard
sounds coming from CTC Computer Laboratory 2 (near registrar) When I directed a flashlight at
the window, the door opened and two unidentified personalities came out, each carrying some 2
units of CPU Momentarily freezed because of shock but your partner (I choice who you will put
as your partner) tried to apprehend the perpetrators One of the perpetrators dropped his cellphone
while escaping Inside the computer laboratory, 1 cpu unit is on the floor (seems it was dropped)
Perpetrators was not caught, escaped through the back gate near CTC firing range.

IV. DISCUSSION
At the time of incident in terms of action upon escaping of the perpetrator my partner Rico
Candolita I pursue them to go to the scene for immediate exploit, while I call the nearest police
station to asked for an speedy assistance. Fortunately, my partner got to know the suspects by
identifying theme through the courage in evidence trace, with the help of the police who handled
the situation normally know identity the perpetrator.

V. CONCLUSION
 Upon the investigation that concluded circumstances incident happened is already solved and
with the support of the evidence it obtained details of police assistance that matching materials,
concluded the perpetrator could do it reason why the perpetrator they are in jail right now and
also perceptible that the window was his entrance point and exit point results for damages was in
already rooted because the conclusion was clearly to emphasize is intended to understand.
VI. RECOMMENDATION
 Easily noticed that the perpetrator didn't even have a hard time entering because they succeeded
in executing their plan even if it wasn't for success, hopefully when they strengthen the Perimeter
barrier because it will serve as the first strength in the surrounding of the establishment because
the perpetrator saw that the institution also has a contribution so they made a plan so they went in
because their establishment is too open place, they added top guards to the barrier walls and also
they would have concluded in terms of protective lightning that they would need upgraded it
because it is one of the big contributions in terms of identifying source and more than anything
time to time search light roving for establishment supplementary.
