OBSERVATIONS

1.It was observed that there was some unwanted materials in the bases (leaves and soil)

2.Some rebars were noticed to be out of position due to loose ties wires.

3 Some rebars were not sitting on spacer blocks

4.Some rebars did not have enough cover as per design specs

4.Starter bar legs were not secured to base reber with tie wire

5. It was notices that some links were not bent as per specification in the shape code

6. It was noticed that the number of ties in some starter bars was not as per design
 RECOMMENDATIONS/COMMENTS

Contractor was directed to have all unwanted materials removed

The need to reposition them was brought to the attention of the contaractor

Contractor was asked to attend to this and have all rebar sit on spacer blocks

Contractor was asked to attend to this.

Contractor was asked to secure bars with tie wire

Contractor was asked to attend to this.

Contracor was asked to make corrections as per design
