I, NAPOLEON CIFRA ROCAMORA a.k.a. Napoleon C. Rocamora, now legally married to MERARIE MA-
TOZA- ROCAMORA, Filipino citizen, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Forest Drive, Brgy.
Lamac, Consolacion, Cebu City, Philippines, do hereby Name, Appoint and Constitute my daughter, NINA
R. DELA TORRE, Filipino, married, of legal age, with postal address at 49 Edinburgh St Cor Boston
Greenville Village, Merville, Parañaque City, 1701 Philippines, and my sister, ANNA LOURDES C. RO-
CAMORA, Filipino, single, likewise of legal age, with postal address at 301 Me Divitt St., Phase 2 Moonwalk
Village, Parafaque City 1701, Philippines, as our true and legal Attorneys-in-Facts, to act for and in my
name and stead and to perform the following acts:

I. To represent me in the settlement extra-judicially of the estate of the late NIEVES B ROCAMORA, con-
sisting of the parcel of land, known as Lot 18, of the cons. subd. plan Pes-13-000665, being a portion of the
cons. of Lot 6-33, BIk. 1, Psd-04-003465, LRC Rec. No. N-282621, situated in the Bo. of Merville, Mp. of
Parañaque, Metro Manila. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Rd. Lot 2, Psd-04-003465.(10m. wide)xxx
containing an area of One Hundred Sixty Three (163) square meters, described in and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 13532 of the Registry of Deeds for the PARAÑAQUE BRANCH.
2. To negotiate/offer for the sale of and/or to sell, subsequent to and'or simultaneously with such settlement
of estate, the entirety of the above-described Lot 18, including my share therein, to any interested party.
To perform any act necessary/related to the foregoing authorities, including, but not limited to, signing/exe-
cution and/or submission/delivery to any proper officelagency/individual of any and all documents) or
deed(s) pertinent/necessary to such settlement of estate andor sale, payment of the required/pertinent
taxes/fees/charges, receipt and/or demand for the proceeds of such sale of my share in the aforesaid Lot 18
in the form of a manager's check issued in my name and to deposit this check in my bank account.
To engage the services of a real estate broker and/or of any of professional as may be necessary to such
sale, with the payment of the resulting broker's or professional fee to be shared by all the heirs of the late
Nieves B. Rocamora in amounts proportionate to the respective shares of these heirs in the estate afore-
mentioned.
To perform any other act necessary and/or related to the effective and valid settlement of the aforesaid es-
tate and valid and effective sale of the above-described Lot 18, including my share therein.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorneys-in-Fact fu authority to do and perform any and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite, proper to be done in and about the premises, within the abowe set
forth particular and acts and deeds, as fully as I might or could lawfully do if personally present.
