BRANDING

• BRAND NAME

Zeeli’s Palapa is named as one of our groupmates nickname, Zel as “Zeeli’s” and

added with our product which the palapa. Palapa is an important ingredient in Maranao cooking. It is

made of caramelized shallots (sakurab in Maranao), ginger and chili peppers. It is mainly used as an

ingredient in many Maranao dishes such as the bakas piaparan, yellow fin tuna cooked in coconut milk,

turmeric and palapa. Palapa is also used as a garnish adding more flavor to cooked food. It is also known

as an appetizer for eating.

• BRAND LOGO

The Brand logo of Zeeli’s Palapa represents the product which is Palapa, its

background it is the Maranao cuisine, palapa, and it also has the ingredients which is the
Scallion, Ginger and lastly the Chilli peppers, the logo verifies the maranao cuisine, and

on the top of it is our brand name which is “Zeeli’s Palapa”.

of the famous palapa in the field of maranao cuisine.

The mission of “Zeeli’s Palapa” is to provide our customers with the best palapa shopping

experience from beginning to end, with a smart, searchable website, easy-to-follow instructions, clear

and secure payment methods, and fast, quality delivery.

III.OBJECTIVES

To give our palapa a desirable homemade palapa. To provide affordable yet

scrumptious version of Palapa . So indulge yourself with the right chilli feeling and mouth

watery to satisfy your cravings.

RESOURCES INVENTORY AND ANALYSIS

1. ATTRACTIVENESS

The attractiveness of the product is the uniqueness of the exterior and

interior design that emphasize the quality and sustainability of the food . The

exterior design has a delightful and sustainability to emphasize the taste and

deliciousness of the Zeeli’s Palapa. This product wants to attract the people

not only from the exterior and interior design of the project but also to

experience the sustainable and uniqueness of the Iliganons. Most of all, to

create a new product that has a different to others in introducing attractions in

Iligan City.

II. ACCESSIBILITY AND AVAILABLE OF SERVICES

Zeeli’s Palapa will be located in Christian Horizon School Incorporated

in Annex and Main Building.
