You are starting a snack business. There are many types of snacks from
fried to wet snacks, crunchy to soft, healthy to just tasty.
To know what kind of snack is preferred, you want to interview users to
understand more about your user’s habit in snacking: what type of snack do

Interview Questions Tip

● Use "Open-Ended" questions
● Close ended question:
can only be answered by choosing from a limited number of options,
usually multiple choice, 'yes' or 'no', or a rating scale (eg from
strongly agree to strongly disagree).
Example: Is this application easy to use?
● Open ended question:
Questions that cannot be answered with a simple 'yes' or 'no', and
instead ask respondents to elaborate on their points.
Memancing orang untuk
lebih banyak cerita
Open-ended questions help you see things from the user's point of
view in their own words.
Example: What do you think of this application?
