MRCP
 Liver is of normal dimensions and shape. There is diffuse signal drop on
out-of-phase images. No focal lesion seen. IHBR are not dilated.

 RHD and LHD are normal.

 CBD measures 5mm and shows normal tapering of lower end. No filling
defect is seen in CBD.

 GB shows T1 hyperintense dependent contents in lumen, likely

concentrated bile/sludge.

 Pancreas: There is a 16x15mm cyst with thin septum in cranial part of

neck. No diffusion restriction seen. No obvious ductal communication
seen. MPD is not dilated.

 No significant periportal or peripancreatic lymphadenopathy.

 No free fluid or collection noted.

IMPRESSION:-
 Fatty liver.
 Pancreatic cyst with thin septum
