1. Open – Things / Information about me which is known to everyone
2. Hidden – Things / Information about me which others don’t know
3. Blind – Things / Information about me which others observe but I
am not aware
4. Unknown Potential – Things / Information about me which are
neither known to me or others

• Trust increases if the Open area is largest.


• Steps to increase Open area:
- Feedback: Hear from others to convert Blind area into Open
- Share and communicate: To convert Hidden area into Open
