PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND HEALTH

1ST QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT

RATIONALE

The PFT is a measure of a student’s level of fitness regarding several components. It is important to perform the PFT

individual baselines and thresholds. Goals for fitness can be set.

Reflection:

Write down your process in improving your initial assessments to your final assessments.
doing this assesments is not hard, because I always do this activities. I'm just a bit
disappointed on myself because I didn't meet my expectations, I want to get more reps and
but I can't do it anymore. Doing this everyday, i can see that I'm improving and I can do more
reps and I'm getting more flexible.
