ABC Cooking Studio Specia《

ABC License is applicable to individuals whom have mastered the skills and knowledge
in Bread and Cake course in a certain level. By completing a specified course (bread master
and cake master), and passing the exam, you will be awarded with a recognized ABC License.

《 Terms & Conditions 》

1. Membership
- Membership and courses are non-transferable
- Membership is valid for lifetime

2. Booking of lesson
- Activation of account to be processed 2-3 days after studio application
- Online booking @ www.abc-cooking.com.sg
- Reservation of lesson must be completed before 5pm, one day before the scheduled lesson
- Cancellation of lesson is strictly before 12pm the day before the scheduled lesson
*Take Note*
When you book a lesson between 12pm to 5pm for the following day, cancellation will
result in forfeiting of lesson
- Members are allowed to hold up to 2 lessons in a month (per course)
- Members are able to view up to 1 month schedule for the course they have signed up

3. Punctuality
- In the event if you are late for lesson, 10 minutes grace time will be given.
After 10 minutes, lesson ticket will be forfeited

4. Age limit
- Age is defined by date of birth instead of year
- Kids course is for members between 4 and 8 years old
- Cake, bread and wagashi courses are for members above 9 years old
- Cooking course is for members above 13 years old

5. During Lesson
- No photo taking/video taking during lesson

6. Absent
If you are absent without valid documentation (e.g. MC), lesson will be forfeited

7. Other fees
- $10 will be charged for replacement of membership card
- $10 will be charged for replacement of recipe
- $30 will be charged for extension (per month). No extension is allowed for expired contracts.
- Free extension will only be given to members with supporting documents (overseas long-
stay, business trip, pregnancy or health issues).

8. Passport
- ABC Passport is valid for two years from the date of issue.
- No replacement will be made for lost or damaged passport.
- ABC Passport will be extended for 1 year from the date of issue when you top up courses 3
months before the expiration of the passport. If your passport has already expired, your
passport validity date will end 1 year from the date of top up.

9. Free Lesson Ticket

- Given for every successful referral (Each non-member friend who sign up will have to quote
the member's ID. For referred sign up after the trial lesson, the referral validity period is 1
year from the date of trial lesson.)
- Members can choose between Cake, Bread or Cooking. No further changes will be made
once the free lesson ticket has been noted on the friend's membership application form and
been issued out to the member.
- Member's existing contract will be extended for 1 month for each free lesson ticket issued.
- Free lesson ticket is allowed to use for regular lesson booking. Repeated menu is allowed.

10. Cancellation
No partial cancellation for package plans
Packages that required non-refundable form are non-cancellable.

11. Termination
$80 administration fee will be incurred for every terminated course/ package.
Termination is not allowed for expired contract.
