Good day Sir! I am writing this letter to request permission to be included on the list of students
allowed for deployment in cooperating schools for field study. 

I would be very much thankful if you let me be included on the list sir. As one of the College of
Teacher Education students it is so important for me to take this course for the preparation of my
teaching internship. Taking this course will help me prepare, grow, develop my skills and mold
me to become a professional teacher in the future. 

My grade in Calculus 3 is in progress (IP). It is because of the delayed inputting of grades in the
SIAS. We already approached our subject instructor regarding this and her response was to wait
for her to be busy with other school-related work. 

Your permission to allow me despite having IP to take the field study course will be a great help
for me in achieving my goals. Thank you for your consideration.
