Good day Sir! I am writing this letter to request permission to be included on the list of students allowed
for deployment in cooperating school for field study.

The purpose of undergoing field study for five weeks is important part of my journey as pre-service
teacher. It is one of the courses that I must take and prepares me for my teaching internship next
semester. And my learnings will help me as a professional teacher in the future.

My grades in eight subjects are in progress (IP) because of delayed inputting of grades in SAIS. I already
ask our subjects instructor for this concern and their response is to wait for it because they are busy for
other school-related works.

With these thoughts, your permission of allowing me to be deployed even having an IP in eight subjects
is a big help in achieving my goals. And I will rest assured that these concerns and problems will be
solved as soon as possible.  I shall be highly obliged if you look into this matter and approve my request.
