Subject: Requesting for permission to be included in the list of students allowed for deployment
in cooperating school for field study.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I am Mae Ann U. Columna, a 4th year student of your reputed college,
College of Teacher Education bearing the student ID number of 18-07891.

I wrote this letter because I would like to bring into your kind consideration the problem I
am facing right now which is the deployment of 4 th year students. Sir Mark Jhon Tamanu told us
that we students should have complete grades otherwise we will be pulled out in the list of
students allowed for deployment.

The purpose of undergoing the field study is a very important part of my journey as pre-
service teacher. It is one of the courses that I must take because it will be a big help to prepare
me for my teaching internship next semester.

I have 5 in progress (IP) subjects. I haven’t been able to do lots of my activities due to
giving birth last April this year but I have done my best to pass my lacking activities and now is
waiting for my grades to be inputted in SIAS. I already have grade in one of my in progress (IP)
subjects but until now it’s not yet inputted.

With these, I would kindly request you to please allow me join the field study which will
be starting on 8th of November 2021 despite of having an IP. This opportunity will be a big help
in achieving my goals. Thank you and I shall be highly obliged for your kind consideration. God
