Introduction

Pizza delivers quickly (PDQ) is working with the local chain that works to deliver pizza and

have their locations both to eat in as well as deliver it at home. There is large competition within

the market for the pizza with very less competition based approaches where PDQ would be

loosing in terms of revenue for the longer duration of time. The very basic reason for their loss is

that one of the anti-party have been providing pizza within time frame of 45 minutes that would

then influence the clients towards them. This would be the greatest reason why PDQ would

continue to loose down its growth. They even fall below the level of 30 percent that is considered

to be the largest number. These days PDQ would bring down to the better approaches within

their business to being down their business to right track for their computer system work

properly and the supervisor named Pepe Ronee, would make the software to further develop the

pizza factory. The company would need to lead the full case in which they would play the role

to figure out the right system within the company. As they are making plans to deliver the

service in which they would make pizza ready within the time frame of half hour and pre baking

pizza within the time frame of 45 mins or even less than that. The right software will be used to

attend down the calls of their clients to figure out which location would be near to the time frame

of 45 minute time area that would aid to fulfill the target the PDQ plan out. The following

paragraphs for this paper would be aiming on to focus on the details of each elements of all the

concerns in the whole case along with the concept of better and advanced managing for the

project.

Depth details under the case- As per the aforementioned graphs, PDQ would loose down the

growth because of the competitors new sell down methods. These days they want to acquire the

level. In order to beat down the level of competition they would look into the approaches in

which PDQ could then developed in less than period of 45 minutes. My responsibility would be

different approaches which he figure out to be the best for the organization. He has provided six

software that would come with different approach from others. The very first software would be

finish down the tasks. As it would not be very clear whether this would work in right manner or

not as this software would need sometimes not be very much right to track locations for the

businesses where the responsibility for this software would be to figure out the closest delivery

to their provided address. Furthermore, the right judgement as well as the needs for this software

would mot be the right one. This would be the best solution for the company on the minor levels

wheee they could figure out the clients location near to the software also they could pick the

delivery address to the near by locations where they could deliver the goods on time. The very

next software would be in the order entry system, where this software would be able to meet all

the organizations requirements. With this the software wojld be needling all the transfers from

the orders of the nearby location of the delivery. This software wojld also need to aim on the

routine business for the company. This software could be the biggest problem and eventually

with them becomes the largest solution in order to save the time for the company. This software

would be working as like the order entry system. The very third software would be to then

submit the software system that is then linked to the logistic areas for the company in where the

whole system would then transfer down the calls from a store to then make it prepare along with

the help of fourth software.

The fifth software would be to route the system, where this software would then fit down the

GPS in order to track the delivery for the trucks with which it would be very easy for the

delivery individual to find out the right address for the delivery. This would even need the

software that would require the right technique to make the work overall easy. The very sixth

software would be the inventory subsystem managing in which the PDQ would be used to initate

the business. In this type of software, they would be using the pre record down characterization

that then update the old discounts on goods for foreseeable future purchase. This whole

application would need the various segments and this software wojld be used in the engagement

level and that would overall enhance the goods features to the closest area where they could

evaluate the deep details and to buy the new materials. But the functions related to this system

might be challenging.

Concerns- PDQ would be facing the major challenges in their growth as of the delivery offers by

their competitors that are suddenly hitting down their growth. Till date PDQ would loose over

the 30% of the total growth. For the food companies it is over the 40 different stores. The total

growth of over 30% is not a smaller growth. They would need to find out the right solution as

well as to try the right projects managing methods to deal with the whole concern. The deep

concerns related to the PDQ would be the competitors to offer the delivery of services for the

time frame of 45 minutes. This is the reasons why the total growth of PDQ would decrease that

is considered not to be the right or better sign for the company. To reduce the revenue is the

major concern within the company for which they are at greater position as like the project leader

to resolve the issue.

Solution- As like to the PDQ there is large trouble in the revenue to decrease, as they need the

better solution to get the recovery from the concerns for which they could use the aforesaid

softwares that would be recommended by their computer operators supervisor. All of these

softwares would have various functions to work hard as well as the various procedures under it.

The organization would need to figure out the project managing methods in which they would

use those six methods or softwares that are developed. Expect from that to figure out the right

method to use software would help to then deliver the pizza. The very important element would

be to figure out the reason because of which delivery for the software would fail down to then

aim on procedures. All the softwares that were designed by the PDQ would need the various

project managing techniques in order to be very much successful. The very first one would be

the pizza factory locator system in which the whole software would aid down to reach the closet

store to the delivery areas. But sometimes it is quite difficult for this software to figure out all the

stores. So it is advised to install these softwares on half of the softwares within the city area

stores and other half outsource the city area. So by this there would be better distance monitoring

by the software and this software would then transfer the data to the required store and would be

very much easy for the store to work for in order to deliver the pizza in an right time.so, the

software could transfer the data in the easy manner to the required store and would be very much

easy for the store to work for that is to deliver the pizza in an desired period of time. The very

next software would be the order entry system that will be the best one to finish the PDQ aims

for the software so that all the calls related to the pizza at one location and then the calls will be

directed to the right stores from where the delivery address would be nearby. All the protocols

would be done in an electronic manner. This software would be on the highest level for the work

ordering down methods. As this software would then reduce the organization work by an great

manner.

Where it would need right kind of installation methods and each of them would be ready to go

with.for the whole software, the administrator is that it would be then installed in very less busy

area where the store workers might have the time to take the orders as well as to transfer down

the details to the right store. There is other software which will be used to submit the whole

system and under this software would not have the various workings the role for this kind of

software to update the logistics and the stores related to the order where they would provide the

better details for the delivery and the right data. Big still, the whole software working is quite

useful. As to update down the store the workers related to the due time for the order would play

the time buzz to then deliver the pizza. The very next software would be the logistic systems and

the software will be the most popular one. This forward would also need the organization to start

the processing under delivery time frame.in relevance to the PDQ the scenarios will be the

similar, they would require to update all the needed the details for this software then they could

start to use it. As related to the PDQ, the scenarios would be the same, they would require you to

right shape as well as space. The inventory system could be anywhere for the orders as well as to

methods for this software would be to deliver the training on the use of the software to every

graphs. All the softwares would be very much useful under the company. But with the usage of

these software it is quite possible to manage the whole project. So, overall the supervisor have

delivered the best solution.
