MCA 2021 1 ST Prov Selection List For M, J, L and N - 7 July 2021
This list is being placed on the Notice Boards of the Institute and on the Institute website.
Provisionally selected applicants will be required to pay the admission fee (for
1st Semester) using Online Payment Gateway in our ERP through debit / credit card and net
banking of any nationalized bank (URL given below) by 13th July 2022, failing which their
admission offer is liable to be cancelled and will not be considered for further round of seat
allotment / upgradation, if any.

Login and password will be shared in your registered email id and mobile number.
Details of vacant seats existing after 13th July 2022, if any, will be notified on the Institute
website on or before 16th July 2022, along with necessary details.
For payment use Online Payment Gateway in our ERP through debit / credit card and net banking
of any nationalized bank.
Hostel facilities are available at its Mesra Campus only. Hostel room rent and other charges are as
follows:

In case a student can not avail the on-campus accommodation due to pandemic, the
hostel rent will be adjusted in the ensuing year, after deduction of the minimum
maintenance fees.
REGISTRATION FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER: Registration window for 1st semester will
open during 20-24 July 2023. Same ERP portal can be used for registration. Instead
of application number, the allotted Institute Roll Number will be the user id.
ONLINE CLASSES: In view of the prevailing situation due to pandemic, mode of conduct
of classes and other academic activities will be online till the normalcy returns and as
per directives from the Govt. Classes will commence from 1st week of August 2022.
Note:
a) Applicants will be required to submit College Leaving Certificate, Migration Certificate
and Caste certificate in original. Rest documents / certificates may be withdrawn
immediately after verification and by submitting “Undertaking Form” available in the
Admission Office.
b) For fee refund rule, please see separate notice on Notice Board of the Institute.
c) It is desirous that students offered admission to any of the campuses of the Institute
should have the minimum requirements to engage themselves in online activities of the
Institute. (i.e. Laptop / Personal Computer and basic internet connectivity).
