As part of our Professional Development System, 'Little Growers' encourages every Early Childhood
Professional to participate in a staff appraisal every six months conducted by the director, Augie Chuster.
By doing so, the service ensures that each and every current and emerging staff member engages in a
continuous skill and knowledge development aiming high quality teaching within the service's
environment.
