- Have Ss say Hi, (T’s name).
+ Dancing - Ss dance an English song: divide into
two groups.

+ Review - Vocabulary smart start 2
+ Lead in. - Lead to the new lesson
A/ Presentation + Practice
Practice: Play a game 8’
- Divide into 2 teams 5:15 – 5:23
Whispering game - T gives a picture for the first Ss
- Ss1 runs to the end of the line and
whisper for a partner
- Pass this word to the last person
Which team circle the correct numbers
will be the winner

Part A: Introduce vocabulary 10’


- Show Ss picture. 5:23 – 5: 33
- Say goat.
- Have Ss listen and repeat each word
several times.
- Do the same with other pictures

Practice: play a game 7’


Throw the ball - Divide into 2 teams 5: 33 – 5:40
- Say “goat”
- Ss throw a ball to that word
- Do the same
Part B: Listen and point 10’
- Describe the picture 5:40 – 5:50
- Explain the structure: “What’s that?/ it’s
duck”
- Turn on audio
- Have Ss listen and say
Part D: Play a game 10’
Onion 5:50 – 6:00
- Ask Ss “What’s that?”
- Ss say “It’s a duck” and pass an onion
Lesson 2: for the other person to do the same
Part A: Sing 5’
6:00 – 6:05
- Turn on the audio: ABC song
- Ss listen and sing
- Say “R/ S”
Part B: Vocabulary - Have Ss listen and repeat 5’
6:05 – 6:10
- Show Ss picture.
- Say Rabit.
- Have Ss listen and repeat each word
several times.
C/ Consolidation - Do the same with other pictures 10’
6:10 – 6:20
- Write the vocabulary
- Review
