1 Brief Description
4NIC-T300/12 direct-current power supply (DC Power Supply) is DC-DC converter, The input DC

(22V--30V) voltage can be transferred by internal voltage isolation to stable output DC voltages. The high

output power can work normally under -25℃～+50℃ environment temperature, possessing good properties

for damp proof, shockproof and shocking resistance, satisfy the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility.

The DC power supply contains three groups: input filter, a zero voltage switching (ZVS) isolated

bidirectional DC/DC converter, output filter.

The input and output DC power both lower than human body's safe voltage. Safety is absolutely ensured.

The DC power supply's shell adopts Tunnel air cooling structure, metallic shielded by six surface of

shells. Wall installation for power devices and heat dissipation. Internal entity package protect against moisture,

shock and mouldiness effectively and improve the reliability.

3 Technical features

3.1 Input features

a) Input voltage：DC10V～16V；

 b) Polarity protection for input voltage。

3.2 Output features

a) DC24V Adjustable 300W ，ripple voltage Vp-p＜240mV(20MHz bandwidth tested )；

b) The output voltage can be loaded independently in the scope (0-100%)。

c) Overheating protection shut-off: the DC power supply need to be recovered to normal temperature,

the highest temperature of the power supply floor is 85℃

d) Over current protection: current limit.

e) DC output short circuit protection: automatic recovery, not support short circuit for long time.

f) DC output over voltage protection: shut-off, reenergize the power supply after removing the over

current faults.

g) Normal temperature property:

Normal temperature is 25℃±5℃

5 Installing and Debugging

DC power supply's installation: The supply's bottom mounting hole should be fixed with the installed

body's screw. The high output power requires good ventilation cooling environment, which can give a longer

life and performance to power supply. Choose suitable install position is very necessary.

DC power supply is adjusting free one which adjusted before the factory.

6 Use and Operation

For reliable operating of DC Power Supply, please use and operate it under the following methods：

a) Check the correction of input signal polarity, no circuit fault of output load, fasten terminal block

before use. Operate after check correctly；

b) During operating the input voltage shall be checked to be within nominal range and input current is

normal, output voltage and current are normal；

c) Pay attention to ventilation for heat elimination if the supply operating for long-time；

d) The DC power’s operating current should under the 80% of maximum current, super burden and

usage, overloading for long-time and circuit are forbade.

e) Make sure the input power and output power shortened before testing insulation resistance for

avoiding damage.
