Our valued Customers Dear Sir / Madam, For SEMINAR/OJT To improve the quality of sewing and increase productivity

in your Garment factories, Juki has decided to conduct Seminar/On the Job Training program to some of our prestigious customers. The seminar/OJT is basically meant for Industrial Engineers who are actively involved in the shop floor. Juki has done this Seminar/OJT program in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam and Thailand. They have given a very good feedback that the seminar/OJT was very useful to them and have appreciated the exercises of the seminar/OJT. The following are the contents of the Seminar/OJT: Introduction: General introduction how to improve productivity. Following are the contents of the process analysis: 1. How to improve productivity Operation Analysis: Method of analyzing the actual situation in a factory (allowance rate) through operation rate research. Production Design: Method of planning a sewing production system, arranging operators, machinery, equipment and materials in terms of time and space. Calculation of bottleneck time & organization efficiency. Line balancing. Exercises on Production Design

On the Job Training: Use above method in your factory. There are considerably gaps in the practice and the factory. How the productivity of the factory is raised through OJT is experienced. We will explain "Time Study" and "Operation Analysis" in an actual line in OJT, and explain the doubt point etc. Moreover, the point and the corrective strategy of the problem are guided through "Motion Study".
