Thanks for joining the campaign of Miko Homes Homestay. Below are the campaign details

1/ Term and Timeline

1) The term of the Agreement shall be effective from date of 1 night stay. 1 x Video
<2minute shall submit to client within 7 days as specified by in the following scope:-
- Record, edit video according 小红书 style and trend
- Can repost at others social media platform and for unlimited ads purpose
- Need post at 小红书

2. 小红书 Requirement:

1) Influencer will follow the given guideline and exact content direction. Influencer shall
ensure that the content of the posts shall related to Miko Homes Homestay.
2) Influencer should allow posting material for unlimited ads purpose.

3/ Payment
Sponsorship review base
upon video done within 3 days.
 4/ Termination of the Agreement
1) If Influencer fails to meet any of the posting requirements, Influencer fails to obtain
Influenyou approval before posting the video, Influenyou reserves the right to unilaterally
terminate this Agreement.5/ Advertisement. Miko Homes advertise for the video if the
video effect is good. Influencer grants Miko Homes permission to reproduce, distribute,
and modify the sponsored video for advertising purposes on various advertising and
social networks platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
YouTube and more. Influencer gives Miko Homes permission to advertise using the
content in perpetuity or until this permission is revoked.

5/ Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement private and confidential. Both Parties
agree to use the Confidential Information of each other which is disclosed or obtained by it
pursuant to or as a result of this Agreement, only for the purpose of carrying out its obligations
contemplated under this Agreement, and not to disclose such information to a third party
without the disclosing Party’s prior written consent. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties have
by their respective authorised representatives executed this Agreement on the day and year
first written above.
