2. The social media platforms usually used by FEDASH are highlighted below:
 Facebook
 Twitter
 WhatsApp
 Instagram

3. The purposes of each social media platform utilized cannot be overstated because social
media for business is no longer an optional means to reach out to clients, gather vital
knowledge, and expand your brand.
 Reputation Management: Whether or not you are present to answer, your consumers
are already talking about you on social media. If you and your staff are alert, you may
catch a significant social post about your business and accentuate the positive while
addressing the negative before it becomes a huge issue.
 Promote brand awareness: With more than half of the world's population utilising
social media platforms such as Facebook,WhatsApp, and Twitter, it's a natural location
to meet and reach freshly targeted prospective consumers.
 Increase Sales: Your social accounts are an important element of your sales funnel,
which is the process through which a new contract becomes a client. (Social selling) As
the number of individuals utilising social media grows and social sales technologies
expand, social networks will become increasingly crucial for product discovery and
commerce. This is the time to link your social marketing activities with sales objectives
in order to achieve maximum sales and profit retention.

4. As far as I am concerned, Facebook is the most successful social media platform employed
by the Fedash Consultancy Limited owing to its innovative contents that pass on relevant
and concise information to a large number of consumers.

5. FEDASH implement its social media campaign by interviewing important folks for content
that will be suited for social media.

6. The social media marketing has benefited Fedash in various ways as shown below.
 It has given us more ADVANTAGEOUS POSITION over our competitors in terms of the large
number of clients we have been able to bring on board.
 It has in turn affected our bottom line(profit) positively because of the massive awareness.
 It has placed us on top in the MIND OF CLIENT using social media.
 Seventy percents of social media users log into their account at least once per day.
 So it gives us the opportunity to connect with fans and followers every time they log on.

7. The disadvantages of social media to Fedash are :


 some of the contents and advert placed on social media may not be cost effective to the
organisation
 Time consuming. It takes more time in creating advertisements on social media
 Negative Feedback and Risk.
 Consumers can leave negative feedback on their social media profiles, which can hurt your
potential customers
 Transferring of the management and reputation of your brand to employees and customers.
 If anyone has been treated unfairly, they can use their social media profile to publicly file a
complaint with your company.

8. Challenges faced are as follows


 High cost of running and maintaining social media.
 Lack of refined data/information analyst for running our social profile
 Ambiguity in the message transmitted
 Unfavorable government policy.
