INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read the manual provided and discuss among team members to segregate
tasks accordingly.
2. Read and understand the requirements to prepare the lab report which include
the guide for citation and lab format.
3. Should you need any further clarification about the lab report, please consult
with your lecturer.
4. A complete lab report must arrange in order and include the followings:
 Front cover (as page 1)
 Grading (as page 2)
 Formatted lab report (as page 3 onwards)
5. Only the group leader shall submit the complete lab report in PDF to their
respective lecturers via online platform before the due date.
6. Other team members in the group must submit a copy of the front cover page
of the lab report which include signatures from team members as evidence of
task completion and participation.
7. It is important to remind each other to submit this report as failure to do so
may affect your continuous assessment marks.
