COMPETENCIES

 Was able to handle well with very a calm attitude the pressures of being a neophyte in Dubai
when started in the company and able to cope-up with the system and structure.
 Gained the trust and confidence of the company after 7 months and was moved to the sister-
company of the existing, with a different job designation and responsibilities.
 Organized and managed one of the projects and fixed all the governance issues and created a
structure for Facilities Management in the building.
 Was able to create a harmonious relationship with the supplier AMC (contractor) that leads to
cost cut the annual budget for each financial year.
 With good communication skills, that the owners and residents were very happy to see
improvements in the building which encouraged them to pay the service charges.
 Demonstrating strong communication skills by answering emails on time and being able to
convey information to others in a simple and unambiguous ways.

 Interface and resolve issues as reported by board members and homeowners
